When Datacom asked us to crystalise the customer facing story for their partnership with Cisco Webex, we started where we always do; with discovering why? Asking: why do we have a unified communications service offering and how does the customer benefit?

Key stakeholder workshopping surfaced the brand framework, solution architecture and sequence of the story of UCaaS One – a Datacom Unified Communications managed service.

Once the messaging was defined and story written, we set about turning strategy into useful sales assets and a foundation for campaign execution.
