CHIP (Complete Health Improvement Program) is one of the most successful and scientifically validated health programs in the world. The program is an initiative of the Lifestyle Medicine Institute in California. Participants are medically referred, are seriously at high risk of chronic disease, are often obese, and use this lifestyle-based intervention to turn their life around.
On the back of a successful brand development project for Vitality Works, (acquired by Sanitarium) we rebranded a dated set of collateral for the program and strengthened the brand story, with a segmented proposition for various target markets including health professionals and clinical personnel. Segments included the participant, the community facilitators, medical doctors and corporate organisations interested in stemming the spend on poor health of workers with the CHIP “turnaround tools”.
The rebrand provided a strong campaign platform and vibrant, aspirational design guidelines. We developed storytelling around campaign idea: Turn your health around…celebrating those that had done just this with phenomenal results – including chronic disease reversal and removal of insulin dependence.
