Vitality Works is the Workplace Wellbeing brand of Sanitarium. Each year Vitality Works would create themed challenges for it’s popular Fit24 workplace health challenge. Over the course of a month, in teams of 4-7 people, teams would be challenged to achieve fitness, food and sleep goals. The game is to achieve these goals for 24 days of the month.

We would develop the theme thinking and conceptual idea for each campaign and then rollout workplace challenge promotional materials and communication kits as sales aids for the Vitality Works team to sell with. Theming would incorporate the challenge name and harness a vibrant, exciting design system on which participant promotional assets were built.

At a time when New Zealander’s were betwixed by the reality TV show ‘Survivor’ we came up with ‘Revivor Resolution Island’ once again developing a fun, engaging campaign and theme to hype up event registration and give the Vitality Works team lots of scope for challenges and promotion. Competitors doing this campaign were challenged to outsleep fatigue, outstep opponents and outcast their cravings.
